After the product is shipped, no return, exchange or refund will be accepted except for its quality problems.
- The item has any pre-existing defect or damage and is required to be returned, exchanged or refunded?
If you receive defective goods or wrongly sent goods, please Whatsapp the customer service (852)5301 6087 to submit a refund within 24 hours after signing the receipt of the goods (subject to the delivery record of the delivery company). Any overdue situation will not be accepted.
When applying for return/exchange, please show the purchase receipt and keep all the items and packaging received, and take pictures of the defective location of the product or the wrongly sent product, so that we can process your application as soon as possible.
Once the return/exchange application is confirmed, please return all the items you received in the form of SF Express to our office address/directly to the Organo office and return them to us within 7 days. (Any return/exchange arrangement will not be accepted if the product has been received for more than 7 days.)
Can I send the returned item via postal service?
After we received check the returned item that meets the return guidelines, we will:
- Ship the replaced item to you within 7 working days.
- Process refunds within 14 working days.
If the order comes with a free gift, it must be returned together, otherwise no refund will be given.
Shipping fee will not be refunded.
Can I visit the Organo office for a return/exchange?
Please contact us by Whatsapp, our customer service officer will instruct you in detail on the return/exchange process.
Note: Return/exchange procedures at the office are also required to return the item within 7 days.
2. Can I get refund if I am not satisfied with the product?
No return, exchange or refund of any product that has been shipped. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
